Quotes and pricing
Every shipment is quoted individually based on route, weight, dimensions and contents. Quotes are estimates and may change if the actual shipment differs from the details provided.
Prohibited and restricted items
We cannot ship items prohibited by carriers or by the laws of the origin or destination country. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before booking.
Customs and duties
Medicines, food, liquids, batteries, aerosols and other regulated products are subject to customs, carrier, prescription and destination-country import requirements. Prohibited and restricted items cannot be accepted.
Delivery timelines
Transit times are estimates. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather or incorrect addresses are outside our control.
